Tree Seedling Program
The Tree Seedling Program provides residents in the RRCA watershed the opportunity to purchase native tree and shrub seedlings grown from seeds collected from the local area, particularly seed source zone 36. Planting seedlings grown from the proper seed source zone ensures better establishment and survivability. Seedlings are sold in multiples of 10 per species and include both deciduous and conifer species. Species typically available include White Pine, White Spruce, Black Walnut and Hard Maple to name a few. To view the tree and planting details, click here.
