As part of the recent changes to the Conservation Authorities Act, Ontario’s Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks is looking to appoint a local agriculture-sector representative to each of the Province’s 36 Conservation Authorities in order to increase agricultural perspectives within Conservation Authority operations. Applicants to the position must reside in a participating municipality in which the CA has jurisdiction and have knowledge and experience in the local agricultural sector.
