The Kovinich Group RE/MAX Affiliates Marquis Ltd. Brokerage is kick-starting a commitment to the environment, helping local wildlife find homes through a donation to the Raisin Region Conservation Authority’s (RRCA) forestry program. The Group marked this initiative by planting ten native trees at Gray's Creek Conservation Area, a popular green space located in both Cornwall and South Glengarry which provides habitat to many wildlife species and welcomed over 110,000 visitors in 2021.

The Kovinich Group donation will support the planting of 250 trees next spring.

Through its forestry program, the RRCA has planted over one million trees locally since 1994, improving the area's tree cover, flood resilience, wildlife habitat, and the overall health of local watersheds.
